The former director of Louisville’s Housing and Family Services Department and her mother have been arraigned on theft charges.
Kimberly Bunton resigned after it was revealed that her mother, Vicki Smallwood, received about two thousand dollars in low-income housing assistance.
Bunton and her mother, Vicki Smallwood, are charged with two felony counts each of theft by unlawful taking over $300.
