A new housing development has opened in downtown Louisville.
The Metro Housing Authority oversaw the redevelopment of a building at the corner of Broadway and Shelby Street. Authority Chairman Manfred Reid says the dollar project was paid for with a federal grant, and future projects will likely be developed with money from the federal stimulus package.
