The funeral for an Army soldier from Louisville who was killed this month in Afghanistan will be held tomorrow.
Twenty-three year old Sergeant Adam Ray died February 9 when his unit was attacked with an improvised explosive device in southern Afghanistan.
The funeral will be held Saturday at 11:00am at Okolona Christian Church, with interment at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.
Governor Steve Beshear has ordered that flags at all state office buildings be lowered to half-staff in Sgt Ray’s honor.
