New Homelessness Report Shows Dramatic Increase in Kentucky

A new report out today from the National Alliance to End Homelessness says Kentucky’s homeless rate grew more sharply than any other state’s between 2005 and 2007. Kentucky’s homeless rate skyrocketed by more than 60-percent in that two-year period.
