Kentucky Attorney General Jack Conway has instructed the agency that oversees the state pension system to publicly disclose its employees’ salaries after it denied a retirees open records request.
The opinion comes in an appeal filed by Henry Crawford of Louisville, who was seeking all records of his case from his former attorney, Mathew Farra.
