International Adoption

With advocates like Angelina Jolie and Madonna, it may just seem like the newest Hollywood trend. But 20,000 international adoptions take place in the United States annually, most of them by everyday people. The University of Louisville has recently started an international adoption clinic to assist families and individuals in the area with the daunting task of incorporating an international child into their family. Wednesday, we will talk with members of the clinic’s multidisciplinary staff about the process of international adoption and the services that they provide.
