More than 420 Kentuckians called the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights to complain of violations this year, that’s the second highest on record for the state.
Eleanor Roosevelt called it “the international Magna Carta of all men everywhere.” The Guinness Book of World Records declares it the most translated document in the world. It’s the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and its 30 articles delineate the unalienable rights human beings possess, just by virtue of being human.
