A new book by former Los Angeles Police Department Detective Greg Kading alleges that the murders of Tupac Shakur and Biggie Smalls were orchestrated by Sean “Puffy” Combs and Suge Knight. In his self-published Murder Rap, Kading also says LAPD engaged in a cover up, suppressed evidence and taped confessions from hired hitmen.
