Further, he faces a fraud charge for allegedly lying under oath about his address on a home loan.

The State Democratic Party says Secretary of State-elect Charlie White, a Republican, used his ex-wife’s address on his paperwork during the May primary. The commission will hear arguments from both sides on whether White’s victory is legitimate. They could then either re-enforce his victory, or call for a special election.
