Strong says he’s focused on getting the Cardinals ready to play Southern Mississippi in the Beef O’ Brady’s Bowl next Tuesday.
“You have a whole new coaching staff, so guys don’t know what to expect. Even with practice, they didn’t know it was going to be like that. They were just like ‘Coach, I never though we would practice like this, practice so hard.’
“I can say this to you,” Strong said. “We will be an exciting football team. We will play hard, we will play hard, guys understand that, we will play hard, so we will do that.”
