Indiana Senate Passes Amended Smoking Ban

By a vote of 29-21, the Indiana Senate today approved a statewide smoking ban that includes exemptions for casinos, bars, private clubs and other facilities. Lawmakers will attempt to reconcile the measure with the House version, which contains fewer loopholes.
