Are Louisville’s Shelters Unsafe? LEO’s Anne Marshall on Options for Homeless Population: State of the News

In early January, when Mayor Fischer joined us for a news special, we received calls from homeless Louisville residents who were staying at the Occupy Louisville encampment because they said they felt unsafe in the city’s traditional homeless shelters. In the current issue of LEO Weekly, Anne Marshall takes a look at shelter options and conditions in Louisville, and she joined us Friday on State of the News to share what she learned.
