Daniels To Deliver Eighth and Final State of the State Address

by Rick Howlett on January 9, 2012

Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels delivers his final State of the State address tomorrow evening.

Daniels wouldn’t divulge any details of the speech during a press conference today, but said he wouldn’t spend much time ruminating on his two terms in office.

“This once-a-year family meeting, so to speak, is a time to talk about the future, talk about where we are, the good and the bad and how to build a better future. In that respect, I don’t think it’s any different than the first seven,” he said.

Daniels will address a joint session of the Indiana House and Senate at 7:00pm tomorrow. It will be aired live on WFPL and wfpl.org.
