LMPD Chief White Discusses Tenure in Louisville

by Brad Yost on December 7, 2011

Louisville Metro Police Chief Robert White is preparing to take the top job with the Denver Police Department, leaving Louisville next week.

White is generally praised for improving police and community relations. He’ll be entering a similar situation in Denver, where there is also a history of tension between the police and ethnic communities.

White took a moment to talk with WFPL’s Phillip M. Bailey about his tenure as Chief of Police in Louisville.
