Pro Lacrosse Team To Be Based In Louisville

Louisville will be the home of a new professional lacrosse team.

The Kentucky Stickhorses will be part of the North American LaCrosse League, which begins play in January.

The Stickhorses are the fourth team to be announced for the league’s inaugural season, and will compete against teams from Charlotte, Jacksonvlle and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton.

The team will play seven home games from January to April at Freedom Hall.
