Louisville’s Metro Council districts are in the process of being re-drawn, as required after the 2010 U.S. Census. Discussions on redistricting began in March of 2011, and there were assurances that the process would be transparent and conducted with public input. But there are growing concerns about how much will, or will not, be divulged to the public, and the consequences for some districts may be high. WFPL’s Devin Katayama explained the situation today on Here and Now.
