Going after House Democrats during the congressional recess, the National Republican Congressional Committee launched a robo-call Tuesday targeting U.S. Rep. John Yarmuth, D-Ky., criticizing the congressman over the economy and rising cost of living.
From the NRCC:
“While some are changing the conversation in Washington to one of spending cuts and economic growth, John Yarmuth is part of a group making a bad economy worse. You feel the disastrous effects of John Yarmuth’s policies every day as gas prices go up, your grocery bill gets higher, you see more foreclosure signs pop up in your neighborhood and more Americans feel uneasy about their jobs.”
The attacks released this week are also aimed at nine other House Democrats: Rep. Tim Bishop, D-N.Y., Rep. Leonard Boswell, D-Iowa, Rep. Lois Capps, D-Calif., Rep. Russ Carnahan, D-Mo., Rep. Kathy Castor, D-Fla., Rep. Mark Critz, D-Pa., Rep. Michael Michaud, D-Maine, Rep. Collin Peterson and Rep. Nick Rahall, D-W.Va.
