The Louisville Water Company’s boil water advisory this morning affects about 400 customers who live the rupture. It occurred near the intersection of Eastern Parkway and Crittenden Drive around 9pm last night.

LWC officials say they isolated the break and returned the service to normal around 10:45pm.

But the company says because there was a loss of water pressure after the break, its issued the boil advisory as a precaution.
