We’ll speak with Dr. Christopher Begley, a professor of anthropology at Transylvania University in Lexington, who just completed an expedition to the remote Honduras, where he’s exploring the legend of an ancient “lost city.”

And we’ve all heard the old adage “eat less, exercise more” when it comes to weight maintenance. A new study finds we should eat more of five food groups:  yogurt, nuts, vegetables, fruits and whole grains.  We’ll discuss all that and more, today on Here and Now.
