Perhaps in response to a television ad by the Republican Governors Association criticizing the job losses in Kentucky, Democratic Governor Steve Beshear is pushing his economic credentials in two new campaign ads that begin airing statewide this week.
The first 30-second spot features Beshear and his running mate, former Louisville Mayor Jerry Abramson, talking about job attraction initiatives and making government more efficient.

Beshear is running against Republican candidate David Williams and independent Gatewood Galbraith in the fall election.
