Thursday on Here and Now

Here and Now gets underway at 1pm with segments on the debt talks at the White House; a chat with author Scott Huler who set out to follow all the wires, cables, pipes, drains, sewers, and roads from his backyard to understand the infrastructure grid that makes our lives possible; and a look at pop band CoastalRise which fuses Christian lyrics with surfer and skateboard tropes.  Todd Mundt will also speak with Tim Barry of the Louisville Metro Housing Authority about the upcoming Sheppard Square project and what it means for current residents.
