Chef Michel Nischan on the Local Food Movement

Today on Here and Now, reporter Dalton Main spoke with chef Michel Nischan of Wholesome Wave about some of the issues involved in achieving better distribution and consumption of healthy, affordable, locally-grown food.  Nischan is on a visit to Louisville, and he and Main spoke at Harvest restaurant.
