Local and state public health officials have announced that a three-month telephone survey will be conducted in Louisville to gather information for the Mayor’s Healthy Hometown Movement.
The survey will compile data about individual health and health practices. Officials say the results will be used to help plan programs and policies aimed at improving the health of the community.
The survey is being conducted by Clearwater Research, Incorporated, which will ask one adult per household in selected neighborhoods to volunteer for a 15 to 20 minute interview.
Participants can remain anonymous and the information will be kept confidential.
