The Kentucky Department of Travel and Tourism’s ColorFall website is now up and running. The on-line program provides a variety of information about fall colors and events in the area.

Spokesperson Gil Lawson says people from all over the state will be posting reports.

“We also have spotters at Mammoth Cave, Bernheim Forest and a few other properties, but they check in from time to time and let the public know what type of colors exist in their area and what stage they’re in as far as the season,” he said.

Lawson says the program also allows the public to share digital photos. The program runs through the end of October.
