Louisville Man Pleads Guilty To Presidential Threat

A Louisville man faces up to five years in federal prison after pleading guilty to making a Presidential threat.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office says 27 year old Johnny Logan Spencer admitted in his plea today (Tues) that he threatened to assassinate President Obama in a poem he wrote called “The Sniper.” It was posted on a white supremacist website.

Spencer is scheduled for sentencing in early November.
