Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear resumes his town hall tour of Kentucky Tuesday with a stop in Bullitt County.
The governor will speak to constituents and take questions starting at 6:00pm at Bullitt Central High School in Shepherdsville.
It’s the sixth stop on his 13 city “Beshear About Kentucky” tour that began July 17 in Pike County.
Beshear has said he’ll use the information gathered at the town halls to set some goals for the Commonwealth.
The Shepherdsville meeting is the closest the tour will come to Louisville, but the governor will speak earlier in the day at the annual Local Issues Conference at the city’s Galt House Hotel.
From Bullitt County, the town hall tour moves into Bowling Green on Wednesday, followed by stops next week in Owensboro, Hazard and Northern Kentucky. The tour will conclude the following week in Henderson, Murray and Paducah.
