What is Martin Luther King, Jr.’s Legacy?
Forty years ago this month, civil right’s activist Martin Luther King, Jr. was murdered. We’ve been hearing tributes to him and excerpts from his speeches all over the media. But what legacy did Dr. King leave behind? Is the fact that we are in the midst of a presidential race with a white man, a white woman and an African American man reflective of King’s vision?
