Democrat Hillary Clinton will be making the rounds in Indiana and Kentucky on Friday and Saturday. In Indiana, her presidential campaign has stops scheduled in New Albany, Mishawaka, Hammond, Fort Wayne, Muncie and Indianapolis.
Clinton supporter and former Indiana Secretary of State Joe Hogsett says as the campaign hold more events, it will also be increasing field offices in his state.
“We are kicking off organizing meetings throughout the state this week. We will have 12 or more local offices open perhaps as early as this weekend, but certainly no later than Monday, and we will be announcing those offices, their locations, and we should have more than 20 offices open around the state within the next couple of weeks,” said Hogsett.
Senator Clinton’s New Albany appearance is at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Southside Inn Restaurant. The Kentucky stops are both on Saturday….at Louisville’s Manual High School at 4:30, and at 7:15 p.m. local time in Madisonville.
Indiana’s primary is May 6th. Kentucky’s is two weeks later.
